Studio on the 1st floor with elevator, sea view.

This housing is composed:

- a main room including a sofa bed 

- a kitchenette equipped with a small refrigerator with a freezer space, an electric plate, a microwave, a mini oven and a coffee maker.

- a bathroom with bathtub.

- a small balcony 

You will also have at your disposal a clothesline, an iron and ironing board, a broom, two folding chairs. 

The residence has a closed room to shelter your bicycles (rental and delivery possible with the Conciergerie), showers for the return of the beach, a room to spread your suits if necessary and a direct access to the beach.

The accommodation does not have a washing machine or a dishwasher.

Near Lorient (interceltic festival) and Pont-Aven, the city of painters.

Come and enjoy the quietness of this seaside resort in the south of Finistère, which was visited by famous painters in the last century! You will be able to appreciate, in addition to the beaches of Le Pouldu, the typical port of Doëlan, or Hippolyte's hut overhanging the cove of the pierced rock which is found in a novel by Marie Le Drian.

The beach is just below the building and the GR34 passes right by for hikers. There is a market on Wednesday mornings at the Place de l'océan and during the summer season a night market is held every Sunday at the Rue des Grands Sables. Bakery, grocery store, pancake shop are also nearby. Children's amusement park, animal park, surf school, sailing school, tennis. Small dogs are accepted.
